TWO GREAT WISDOMS FROM TWO WISE “TEACHERS”
People come into our lives everyday who teach us something extraordinary about how to live life and provide daily wisdom. An adult in my life who has provided great mentorship similar to what Atticus, Miss Maudie, and Boo do for Scout, Jem, and Dill would have to be Mr. Chris Ulrich.
1. Mr. Chris Ulrich
Chris Ulrich is a world history teacher.
Chris Ulrich is a father.
Chris Ulrich is a husband.
Chris Ulrich is a soccer coach.
Chris Ulrich is partly bald.
Chris Ulrich is retired Military.
My coach and teacher, Mr. Chris Ulrich, has influenced me in many ways. He has taught me to be loyal to my team, to behave in class, and to respect my elders. He is always being funny and sarcastic, but can be very serious when he needs to be.
“You are loyal to this team. So give 110 percent on everything you do on that field” – Coach Ulrich
In this quote, Mr. Chris Ulrich shows how he feels about soccer. He thinks that if you are a part of a team, then you need to support that team whether you play bench or if you start every game. Coach Ulrich is always trying to get the team to put their hearts and minds into the game of soccer and to be passionate about how they play. In the classroom, he is constantly trying to make us better and smarter. He makes taking notes and having lectures fun.
